| The Tampa Real Estate market began 2008 with 25 Months of Inventory on the market. Improved over the year with January 2009 showing 19 months of Inventory and January 2010 with 12 months of Inventory. With Consumer confidence still in a state of flux, it is uncertain which way the market is going to turn, but it is certainly no longer only a buyers market, and it seems to be steadily improving.
Real Estate follows the Law of Supply and Demand and as supply dwindles, consumer confidence will improve and more buyers will return to the market. As this happens there will be a lag time before the builders return in force and this is the golden opportunity for sellers to enter the market and sell their properties. |
